Paul Lovato has been a counselor for over 33 years in the fields of addictions and therapy. I offer an eclectic approach to counseling using various styles. I am proficient in interventions as well as individual, group, family, and marriage counseling, and I conduct workshops on specific issues.

My own experience in recovery from both addictions and trauma has provided me with a unique perspective and comprehensive understanding of the recovery process. With over 37 years of sobriety, I have had the privilege of learning from two of the best mentors in the fields of addiction and trauma within the therapeutic community.
